Character Dating is a digital-first platform. Unless a specific product page explicitly says otherwise, we do not ship physical goods.
Digital Fulfillment
When you purchase a tier, subscription, or digital feature, “delivery” means access—your account is upgraded and the paid features unlock inside the platform. In most cases, access is granted immediately after successful payment. In some cases, activation may take a little longer due to payment verification or security checks; if that happens, access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Where Your Purchase Appears
Your tier status and entitlements appear inside your Character Dating account. Delivery is tied to the account you used at checkout, so keep your login credentials secure.
Service Availability (Digital Delivery Depends on Access)
Because delivery is digital, access depends on an internet connection, a compatible device/browser, and platform availability. We aim for reliable uptime, but maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.
Delivery Issues
If payment is confirmed but your tier doesn’t unlock, first refresh the performance: log out and log back in (this forces your account to reload the new tier). Next, confirm you’re signed in with the same email/account used at checkout (people sometimes purchase with one email but are logged into another). If it still doesn’t appear, email info@sovereignsanctuary.de with your purchase email, the approximate date/time of purchase, and any receipt details so we can locate the transaction and restore access promptly.
Physical Goods (Costumes & Merchandise) — “The Wardrobe”
From time to time, Character Dating may offer physical goods (e.g., costumes, accessories, or merchandise inspired by selectable style themes). When physical goods are offered, the product page and checkout will display the price, currency, taxes (if applicable), shipping fees, delivery regions, estimated delivery timelines, and any applicable return/refund terms.
Orders & Fulfillment
Physical orders are fulfilled to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you as required by applicable law.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Return eligibility, return windows, condition requirements (e.g., unworn/unused with tags), and refund timing will be stated in the applicable Return/Refund Policy and/or on the product page. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons where permitted by law.
Sizing, Fit & Product Variations
Costumes and apparel may vary by cut, fabric, and manufacturer. Size charts and descriptions are provided for guidance; you are responsible for selecting the correct size. Colors may appear differently on screens.
Third‑Party Brands & “Celebrity Icons”
Any “celebrity icon” styling is for creative inspiration and thematic matching only. Unless explicitly stated, physical goods are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any celebrity, studio, or rights holder.
