Payment Policy (Character Dating)
By purchasing a tier, placing an order, or entering payment details on Character Dating, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to process your payment securely and deliver access to the selected features.
1) Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency, and device. All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
2) Pricing, Taxes, and Currency
Prices, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes/fees are shown before you confirm payment. If taxes apply, they’ll be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
3) Subscriptions, Auto‑Renewal, and Authorization
If you purchase a recurring tier, you authorize automatic renewal until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle at the then-current rate shown in your plan details (unless you cancel before renewal).
4) Trials, Promotions, and Discounts
If a trial or promotional price is offered, the terms (duration, eligibility, and the price after the promo period) will be shown at checkout. Promotions may be limited, non-transferable, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
5) Failed Payments & Account Status
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, and/or temporarily restrict paid features until payment is successfully completed. Repeated failures may result in plan cancellation or account limitations.
6) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at info@sovereignsanctuary.de so we can resolve it quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed, where permitted by law.
7) Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (The Rewind) and applicable consumer laws. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law.
8) Security & Fraud Prevention
We use industry-standard security measures and may apply fraud-prevention checks to protect members and the platform. If we detect suspicious activity, we may pause a transaction or request verification before completing access.
